Payments
In order for us to provide quality care at an affordable price, we charge $40 for a regular visit. This is for the chiropractic adjustment, whatever muscle work and stretching techniques, and other therapies for our regular patients. For our new patients, we charge an additional $20 for the exam, making the total for the new patient visit $60. There are no hidden fees, no additional for any therapies, and no surprise larger bill at the end of the visit.
We accept cash, check, and most major credit/debit card companies including: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and most flex and HSA cards.
Previously, Chiropractic Works has sold Sombra, the massage cream, and various vitamins and supplements. We no longer are selling those at this time.
Insurance Processing
Insurance processing is complex and can be very expensive and time consuming to perform as a small business. We are considered out-of-network with all insurance carriers. This can change reimbursement for services rendered.
The office is run on the time of service method. In which, the patient pays for the services at the time the services are rendered. As a courtesy for our patients, and at no cost, we will submit a claim to the insurance carriers to reimburse you (the patient) directly. The insurance company may apply the reimbursement to your deductible or send a check directly to you.
